Appearance: Blonde (Somewhat receding) hair, Blue eyes with a tinge of gold surrounding the pupil, excessive amount of scars on his face, and a usual stern look. No eyebrows, and somewhat of vein exposure in his left temple. About 6'7'' in stature, and a large muscular build. He wears regular Red Army garb; an olive colored over coat, and a red-orange suit under his clothes to protect him from burning himself alive.
Personality: Usually angry, a bit of an attitude problem. An ego the size of Montana, he's always puts himself before others. More than a bit of a prick, he'll go to any lengths to hurt anyone in any kind of way. He's quite sadistic, and isn't taken lightly. He also has a crazed libido streak. Get on his bad side and he'll burn you to the ground without a second thought. He's not dumb, but then he's not too bright either. He has a very colorful vocabulary, if you catch my drift.
Abilities/Strengths:He's very large in height and build, using brute force in any kind of combat. He has the ability to control electricity by will, producing up to ten-million volts. He has a large libido, so his ability to dominate is quite existential. Another ability Volgin has is to torture-Great ability huh? He's quite good at it and it consumes most of his time. Using water and electricity to his advantage in the concept, he gets alot of blood on the walls, to but it blatently. His sadistic personality is also an existential part of him. It's one of his many traits. One more ability Volgin has is ersuasion and monologing-Also an extreme intimiadation factor. That cold gaze can get anyone. He's also an excellent marksman-he shot a man in the knees without looking with a Makarov handgun. Impressive, yes?
Weaknesses: Water, when he's wearing his suit or doing his electric action, Russian Glowcap Mushrooms that absorb his electricity, any notion of his lover, Ivan Raikov-Such as, himself being there, or anything of the like- And for some odd reason, any kind of tree frog. During thunderstorms, he has a little saying he says to sort of, keep himself safe from getting electrocuted to screw up his system. He says 'Kuwabara, Kuwabara" which is like a Japanese ward off of lightning.

History: Born into Russia's great times of war, his father was a high ranking officer during his childhood, giving him the much needed boost into the Red Army. He was a part of Stalin's secret police force, the NKVD, and played a big part in the Katyn Massacres in 1940. He was also instrumental in the Ani-Guerilla operations in Germany, kicking alot of tail tere. His father guarded the microfilm known as the Philosipher's Legacy, which is: records of WW2, 100 billion dollars (US), and secret data reguarding the war. After Volgin's father's death, and the confusion of the war, Volgin illegally inherited the Legacy. Guarding it with his life, he used some of the money to make his impregnable fortress in Groznyj, Russia, close to the Volga river, (That city actually exsists!) he called, "Groznyj Grad". Where it was there, he had invented, the first nuclear capable tank, the Shagohod. Russian for, "The Treading Behemoth." He has the legacy guarded in his underground vault there, keeping it safe. During his stay in Groznyj Grad, he's developed a love intrest. Being his lover Major Ivan Raikov, a bit of a "pretty boy" (Bleah...), and has what seems like a seductive attitude. Volgin is obviously the man of that relationship and I'll just leave your imagination to that one.
